Equipment: The Hilton New York Fitness Club is furnished with cardiovascular equipment including True Treadmills®, True Bikes®, True Recumbent®, Reebok Body Fusions® and Reebok Body Peaks®, strength training machines and free weights.
Personal Training: A trainer can maximize your workout and help you achieve remarkable goals. Enlist one of the Fitness Club's certified personal trainers for an in-depth assessment of strength, body composition and cardiovascular endurance. Evaluations and individual exercise programs are created based on specific goals and needs. Appointments are necessary.
Hours: The Fitness Club is open daily, Monday through Friday: 5:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The Day Spa offers more than treatments - it offers a variety of experiences from around world! Italian, French, ancient Indian, Indonesian, Hungarian and Hawaiian Spa services are available for facials, body treatments, massage therapy, and unique nail services. The Day Spa is located on the 5th Floor.
Amenities: The Spa provides locker rooms complete with personal amenities and a luxurious robe, slippers, towels, dry sauna and steam room. You will also enjoy complimentary juices and tea.
Spa Policies: Spa check-in: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. We recommend that no jewelry be worn to the Spa. Please shower prior to any Spa service.
